Résumé :
Nous présentons un nouveau dispositif d’écho-sclérothérapie assistée
à l’aide d’un porte-sonde échographique ultrasonore fixé sur le patient.
Il permet de maintenir la sonde échographique ultrasonore en position
fonctionnelle avec une grande latitude et de la rendre solidaire de la
partie du corps à explorer et à traiter même si le patient bouge.
Il laisse libres les deux mains de l’opérateur afin qu’il puisse réaliser
avec plus de sûreté et d’aisance des gestes thérapeutiques échoguidés
en évitant des gestes non appropriés.
Summary :
A new probe-carrier attached to the patient is presented for use in
echoguided ultrasound sclerotherapy. The echographic ultrasound
probe is maintained in functional position with much freedom and
is secured to the area of the body to be explored or treated even if
the patient moves. Both hands of the operator remain free and this
allows greater safety and ease in the carrying out of the echoguided
therapeutic actions while avoiding inappropriate movements.
