Résumé :
Nous avons étudié un groupe de 50 patients (tous soumis à la sclérothérapie de leurs varices primitives) de sexe féminin, d'âge variable entre 20 et 60 ans, avec pour objectif d'évaluer les résultats de la thérapie par le patient, en associant à l'information du médecin des entretiens avec les patientes déjà traitées par la même méthode, réunies dans une association fondée par le Dr F. Ferrara près de son cabinet médical. Ce travail a été réalisé suivant un modèle didactique dont l'efficacité a permis non seulement une meilleure assiduité au traitement mais aussi une meilleure interprétation des résultats, surtout du point de vue esthétique.
Summary :
The AA have studied a group of 50 female patients aged between 20 and 60 years who underwent sclerotherapy of their primary varices with the aim of obtaining an assessment by the patients of the results of the therapy by combining the information provided by the physician with the results of interviews with the patients already treated by the same method and grouped in an association founded by Dr F Ferrara in his consulting rooms. This study was carried out according to a didactic model the effectiveness of which has resulted not only in a closer attention to the treatment but also in a better interpretation of the results particularly from the aesthetic point of view.
